Hello Reader,
I wanted to share a little bit about what I do and how I collaborate with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
At the heart of my work is a passion for strategic content development and digital presence enhancement, particularly for organizations looking to connect with and serve their communities.
A great example of this is my work with Warmshowers.org, an inspiring international non-profit organization that connects touring cyclists with hosts around the globe.
I've been collaborating with their dedicated team, Tahverlee Anglen and Michele Elias, on their YouTube strategy and content initiatives.
Our primary focus isn't just about growing their channel numbers; it's about deepening engagement and support for the existing Warmshowers community by sharing content that truly resonates with them.
This involves exploring several exciting avenues, including:
- Showcasing user-generated content: We're working on ways to feature the amazing travelogues and experiences of Warmshowers users who already create videos. This could involve sharing links to their existing content and organizing them into thematic playlists.
- Potentially integrating existing blog content: We're considering how to weave in content from their blog, "Stories from the Road" and "Hosts Corner," to create a richer multimedia experience on their YouTube channel.
- Developing formats for cyclist stories: We're exploring ways to capture the personal journeys and connections of cyclists, even if they are new to video creation. This might involve simple virtual interviews focused on their experiences.
- Launching a new initiative with Global Ambassadors: Warmshowers has a network of Global Ambassadors, and we're planning to feature interviews with them to further connect the community.
Working with Warmshowers, has highlighted the importance of strategic and community-focused digital efforts.
It’s about maximizing impact and providing value to their users, which aligns perfectly with my approach to client work.
Ultimately, I help my clients by understanding their core mission and community, developing tailored content strategies, and implementing those strategies to strengthen their digital presence and achieve their specific goals.
Whether you're a non-profit like Warmshowers looking to connect its global community or another type of organization aiming to engage its audience, I focus on helping you gain clarity on creating video content that your specific audience wants to see from you.
