April: Content Multiplier

Hi Video Kickstarters!

If the thought of planning, recording, and editing video makes you want to shut your laptop and reorganize your sock drawer, you’re not alone.

Most founders and creators are not stuck because they lack ideas.

They get stuck here:
What do I say?
Do I have to be on camera?
How do I make this not take hours?

This month, we’re making a shift.

You are not the entire video department anymore.

You are the director.

Your AI tools can handle the planning, scripting, editing, and even showing up on screen so you can stay consistent without burning out.

But before any of that, you need a starting point.

If you’ve ever sat there thinking “What should I even talk about?”, I built a simple tool to help.

It gives you:
• 3 video ideas based on what you do
• a simple script to get started
• a clear direction so you don’t overthink it

Try it here: Your First Video Plan

Once you have your idea, you can turn it into multiple pieces of content using the workflow below.

The “Content Multiplier” For Videophobes

Most entrepreneurs are not failing at video because they lack ideas.

They are overwhelmed by the process.

“I have to script it, record it, edit it, caption it, and somehow not hate how I look.”

This month, we simplify that.

The Content Multiplier approach helps you:
• Turn one idea into multiple videos
• Let AI handle the heavy lifting
• Reduce camera time while still building trust

Your job is not to do everything.

Your job is to approve and publish.

April Toolbox

Canva & HeyGen

Let's clear up the tech overwhelm and look at two of the biggest names in the AI video space right now: HeyGen and Canva. They both handle video, but they do completely different jobs for your business:

  • HeyGen: Create a realistic digital version of yourself that delivers your message on screen. No camera setup. No retakes. No pressure.
  • Canva Magic Studio: Build clean, branded videos using simple drag and drop tools. Add visuals, text, and clips without needing advanced editing skills.

Actionable Tips

A 3‑Step “Low‑Anxiety” Content Multiplier Workflow

Use this simple workflow to turn one idea into multiple pieces of content without going into perfectionist overdrive:

  1. Start with one clear idea
Use your Video Plan to choose a topic and outline your talking points.
  2. Record once
Pick one question your audience is asking. Record a 5 to 10 minute take. This is raw material, not a final product.
  3. Let AI find the best parts
Use a clip tool to pull 3 to 10 short videos from your recording. Each clip should focus on one clear takeaway.
  4. Create a simple publishing routine
Choose two days each week to post. Schedule your content in advance. Track completion, not perfection.

Example:

One 8 minute video becomes:

  • 1 long video
  • 5 short clips
  • 3 text posts
  • 1 email
