Embrace the Frame: You don't need a camera to plan your 2026

December 2025

December: Get Clear

We made it to December, Reader. And if you’re anything like the service-based entrepreneurs I work with every day, you’re probably juggling year-end client work. holiday prep. and that little whisper of guilt saying you meant to do more video marketing this year.

Go ahead and exhale for a second. You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re human.

One of the biggest myths floating around in our industry is that “video marketing” automatically means “talking head” or “direct to camera”. We think we need a completely outfitted home studio, perfect lighting, and a flawlessly memorized script.

But that’s just not true.

In anticipation of the new year, this month, we’re focusing on the first pillar of the Embrace Video Framework - Clarity.

Before you even think about picking up a camera or even asking an AI video tool to create your video, you need to know what you want to say. And here’s the best part. You’ve already said it.

So let’s turn that wisdom you’ve been sharing all year into your 2026 video gold, without recording a single frame.

Happy Creating,

The Question-to-Content Method

The number one objection I hear is always the same. “I don’t know what to create videos about.”

But here’s the truth. As a service provider, you answer questions all day long. You just don’t think of it as content.

You explain your process. You walk clients through the next steps. You break down complicated ideas. You leave educational comments on LinkedIn that could practically be mini-courses.

That’s content.

Every bit of it.

The Strategy: Mining For FAQ’s

We need to gain clarity first. Let's find the high-value content you already have. We are just going to find your script!

It’s time for some Inbox Excavation!

  1. Go to your "Sent" or “Inbox” folders.
  2. Using Gemini in Gmail or Copilot in Outlook, search for phrases like "Thanks for asking," "Great question," or "The reason we do this".
  3. Find one email where you solved a specific problem for a paying client.
  4. Copy that text. That is your core script!
  5. If you come up empty here, then venture on over to AnswerSocrates and type in the main topic you’re known for. Let it pull up all the “people also ask” questions your audience is genuinely searching for.
  6. Pick one question from your list or from the tool.

Why This Works for the Camera-Shy

We have to overcome that videophobia. When you write an email, your tone is natural. You sound authoritative because you are the expert.

When the camera turns on, we freeze. We try to perform or worry about being "perfect".

Using a solved problem directly from an email bypasses writer's block and shuts down imposter syndrome. You have proof that this content is needed and valuable.

The Execution (Faceless Style)

Remember, faceless videos are a great way to start. You can still share your knowledge without being on camera.

  1. Take that copied text or question from AnswerSocrates.
  2. Paste it into an easy AI tool, like Kapwing.
  3. Let the tool create the video, complete with b-roll, captions, music and voiceover.

Boom! You now have a video that solves a real problem. You achieved consistent content creation simply.

No face required! Now go hit publish! That is how we turn clarity into content.

The video below was created by asking Kapwing to generate a video from one question.
